Should I hire an interior designer for my flooring needs?

Our flooring experts routinely work with homeowners, contractors, and commercial customers from several locations across Northwest Arkansas. Naturally, they understand the unique needs, aesthetic sensibilities, service expectations, and functional benefits demanded by customers from various locations in the region. 

What financing options are available?

We offer 3 different financing options: Deferred interest, equal payment, and fixed pay 9.99% APR. Our most popular is the 12-month deferred interest option. Please visit our financing page or contact us for more information.  

Do you offer products and installations separate from each other?

Our designers, workers, and project managers are our biggest asset, and we reserve them for our best work, which is product-plus-installation service. Therefore, we do not offer installation as a separate service. However, we do offer products only for purchase.  

Are there any conditions when your price deviates from the estimate you provided

The estimate is just that – an estimate. It is based on the initial inspection and information obtained from you. However, if we find new information that directly affects the project, such as an unforeseen discovery of sub-floor conditions that may require additional labor and/or materials, the project budget will change to include those additional costs. We encourage you to read our Returns Policy to know more about what products you can return and what you cannot.

Should we leave our home when you install or reinstall the flooring?

That’s up to you. If you want to be away during the period of the installation, we can coordinate with you remotely. If you wish to stay home, that’s not a problem. However, we do request you not interrupt our workers so that they can deliver their best work.  

Should we leave our office when you install or reinstall the flooring?

Yes, we might have to move the office furniture around during the installation. Therefore, it’s best if the office is uninhabited for the duration of the installation. If you have any special installation instructions to share with our staff, you may do so when they arrive at your location, and then leave afterward. 

Can I change the scheduled consultation and installation appointment?

Yes. Up to 24 hours before the appointment.  

How soon can you do the installation?

Tomorrow! If your project requires in-stock products, then we can schedule the installation tomorrow. However, if your project requires special order materials, then we’ll have to wait for the arrival of the materials from the manufacturers, which can take up to a few days. 

Do you color-match my existing carpet or flooring?

We’ll definitely try to color-match your current décor. If you have the relevant product details (manufacturer, style, and color), then we’ll try and find product availability with the manufacturer. If it’s available, we’ll color-match your existing designs. If it’s discontinued then, we will not be able to do it. However, we will try to complement your existing flooring with products and designs that are either very close to them or blend with them seamlessly. But, we do not offer a color match guarantee.  

Do you offer refinish, repair, or replacement services?

Yes, but, only for select products and materials, based on their availability. Please contact us for more details. 

What payments do you accept?

We accept all popular forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, certified checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks, among others.

I am a renter. Can I still purchase your products or services?

Yes, as long as you have an Authorization Letter from your landlord.  

When can I apply for financing?

Yes, you can apply for financing through Synchrony Bank even before the scheduled home visit. However, we recommend that you wait until you get a quote from us before applying for financing. Financing applications typically require you to mention the project’s estimated cost, which you will know only after we visit your home and give you a quote. However, your financing application may get pre-approved based on your credit score for an amount as determined by the bank. 

When will the installers arrive?

Installations are scheduled within a 2-hour window. The installer may arrive at any time during that window. So, please keep the premises accessible to them when they arrive. 

Should I have to prepare the installation area before your crew's arrival?

Yes. Please make sure that you remove all small items from the installation area. Make sure that there are no pets or children near it.  

How do I know what carpets, tiles, or other flooring options are best?

When our flooring specialist arrives at your location for the initial consultation, they will offer you all the recommendations and advice you need to make the right choices for your flooring needs.  

What's the warranty on your carpets, tiles, laminate, and other products?

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on installation only. All products and materials we offer come with manufacturer warranties, which vary from one manufacturer to another. Please check with the respective manufacturer about your product’s warranty. Alternatively, you can speak to our sales associate, and they would be happy to guide you to the relevant details. 

My branded carpet is shedding. Why?

It’s completely natural for carpets to shed. New carpets, depending on their material and manufacturer, tend to shed for up to 120 days from the day of the installation. If the issue persists after that, please contact the manufacturer.
